Work for Christ Ministry Overview
Our goal at Harvest Bible Chapel is to grow quality disciples who desire to glorify God in every area of their life. One of the essentials, in meeting this goal, is identifying a place to serve within the local church that fits with members' spiritual gifts and ministry passion (Ephesians 4:11-12 and 1 Peter 4:10). Work for Christ desires to expose quality disciples to the many ministry opportunities at Harvest Bible Chapel that will result in a fruitful ministry experience in each participant’s life.

Purpose
God has equipped every believer to serve within the local church in a fruitful way, that reflects the believer's spiritual gifts and unique passions (1 Peter 4:10). Work for Christ is a ministry that plugs people into meaningful service opportunities that matches these gifts and passions.

Vision
To see quality disciples developed through serving at Harvest Bible Chapel or one of its outreach ministries.

Mission
Believing that every member of the body of Christ is a “minister,” our mission is to recruit, instruct, and train individual believers to assist in all aspects of our church body and outreach ministries.

Values
Every believer has been given spiritual gifts by God to serve within the local church (1 Corinthians 12:18-20). It is each believer’s responsibility to find a ministry within the church that uses their spiritual gifts and reflects their ministry passion (1 Corinthians 12:4-7).
