How Do I Become a Member at Harvest?
A person interested in membership attends
Party with the Pastors
, completes a three-part class called
Peak Performance
, joins a
Small Group
, and
Serves
in a Harvest ministry.
Party with the Pastors (PWTP)
is a great first step towards plugging in at Harvest. If you are investigating Harvest or have recently decided to make Harvest your church home, then PWTP is for you!
Peak Performance
is a three-part class, which gives you a solid understanding of what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ.
Peak Performance
is offered several times each year at each of our campuses. It discusses the history of Harvest Bible Chapel, describes a disciple of Jesus Christ, and explains church government, baptism, and the commitments of members of Harvest Bible Chapel.
The prospective member will receive, at the completion of the third class of
Peak Performance
, a membership application form. Once the application for membership is completed, the next step is a Membership Interview. During the meeting with a church leader, the prospective member shares his or her testimony of conversion to Christ and asks any remaining questions about the church. The individual's name is then placed in the bulletin for two consecutive weeks. If there are no concerns raised by other members of Harvest, the individual is officially welcomed in as a member during a weekend service.
If you are interested in attending Party or Peak, contact Brian at
.
